Pre K Description

At A Place to Grow, learning is fun and constant. Our small clients' learning is facilitated through play, music and art. Shapes, alphabet and colors are visited by means of games, songs, dancing and theatre. Kindergarten readiness includes number and letter recognition, phonics and reading and storytelling are an integral part of our everyday curriculum.
Preschool education is done primarily in the morning hours when our little learners are well rested and excited to start their day. Our staff is trained to focus on the children's individual interests as well as presenting new ideas and experiences in everyday routines. Every day is a fun day at A Place to Grow!
Children need to learn and grow at their own pace, and in their own way. We will nurture your child and help them grow with a fun, educational curriculum and a loving "family-style" approach to their budding sense of what the world has to offer!
We are members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This association provides our center's staff educational workshops, articles and trainings that are required or just good helpful information pertinent to the education of young children.
