Both organizations are separate 501 C 3 non-profit corporations governed by independent Boards of Directors. As "an affiliate of the Father Fred Foundation" Angel Care shares the following values with the Foundation: both are faith based maintain commitments to serving low income families and emphasize all interactions with respect and dignity.
