TRANSPORTATION - PRESCHOOL -
Early Head Start and Head Start Preschool staff interact with families on a wide variety of early childhood development topics. Specific services include assistance with pre- and post-natal care early literacy health nutrition positive parent-child activities social services and parent education.
Both programs embrace a comprehensive vision of health for children families and staff. The goal is to support healthy development by encouraging practices that prevent illness or injury and by promoting positive culturally relevant health behaviors that enhance lifelong well being.
