Founded in 1991 with Infant room young toddler and toddler group (3 groups). Expanded in 1994 into Pre-K group with total capacity of 65 students.
Current owner took over in May 1997 and has been operating it since then. It was a owner operator before 1997. Current owner changed the operation to be an absentee business and it has stayed that way to present time. We have implemented strong internal operation control operational monitoring. We have a set of processes procedures and routines (daily weekly and/or monthly) that allow us to monitoring all aspect of operation prospecting and marketing customer service quality regulatory compliance staff management and etc.
Current owner has a strong background in management and marketing had worked in the financial industry all his professional years. His conversion of the business from owner operator to absentee business over time allow him to pursue additional interest and not sacrifice his live style and professional progression.
