Care (SACC) and Middle School Teen Group (MSTG) programs provide a safe, supportive
environment that promotes social interaction, community integration, physical development, and
intellectual growth in accordance with the Maryland State Department of Educations Office of Child
Care and National After School Alliance standards.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS The SACC/MSTG program strives to meet the needs of every child enrolled in our program. In order to assist us in meeting your childs needs it is important that you complete the registration form in as much detail as possible The responses that you provide will assist us in meeting your childs needs. * An American with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation request requires a twoweek prior notification. * The parent/guardian must participate in a conference with the SACC/MSTG Administrative Office before the child can attend the program. If the SACC/MSTG Administrative Office is not notified in advance your childs start date may be delayed until a conference can be held.
