Welcome to our fantastic preschool in Durham, NC. I am Ashbi Hope, the school director. My goal is for each child to leave here, ready to learn and become a success wherever they go. From the staff to the children, their families and the community, we are one big family and invite you to come join us!

We offer a high quality education for your child through the use of the HighReach Learning curriculum, and our highly qualified staff offers a happy, positive atmosphere to foster the development of the whole child.
Our collective goal is to not only prepare your child for kindergarten, but to instill in them the skills necessary to be successful in all areas of life.
Sensory play is a valuable part of our early childhood program. At every age and in every class, we focus learning and activities on sensory development. Children learn best through experiences and exploration, so we give them every opportunity to observe and manipulate the world around them both indoors and out. We also encourage our parents to get involved in our program. We have hosted Parent Nights Out, Zumba classes, Walks for Breast Cancer Awareness, and Family Fun Nights at local restaurants.
Our Kindergarten Prep Academy (Kindergarten readiness program) operates on a full day, full year schedule for children ages 4-5 years old. Our Pre-k curriculum through HighReach Learning provides a unique balance of standards-based on class room support materials. Family connection components are easy to understand, and our parents look forward to their end of the year ceremony which is celebrated with our families, friends and community supporters.
All these great activities and learning work up lots of appetites, so we prepare onsite breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack to keep these little ones energized. The fun and excitement never ends here in Durham!
I am very proud of the learning that takes place in our preschool on Woodcroft Parkway. Each of our classrooms has wonderful learning opportunities every day and our teachers nurture strong relationships with each and every child and their family. It is a pleasure to work with great teachers and have the opportunity to impact so many families in our community. It is important that we work with every family individually to meet their needs making us unlike any other child care provider in this area.
