Pre K Description

Welcome to our fantastic 5 STAR preschool in Raleigh. My name is Ms. Eneisha the school director. I have worked in the child care industry as a teacher, trainer, and manager for more than 18 years.
Knowing children are wired to experience life through their senses from day one, we focus daily on sensory learning. We engage the children in numerous sensory activities throughout the day, from art, sand and water, cooking activities and many other structured learning experiences that reinforce our daily curriculum. The Teachers plan intentional activities and experiences for children to investigate by smelling, listening, touching, tasting, and observing. The learning through our senses continues outside on our playgrounds as the children are engaged in our We have sand and water tables for art activities. The children also make beautiful sounds using chimes and common household items for music activities. Outside, the children have planted various flowers and herbs that excite their sense of smell.
Our 5-Star school offers a unique program to enrich your child using the HighReach Learning Curriculum, Kindergarten Prep Academy, our Young Achievers Club and Adventure Summer Camp. Our Kindergarten Prep Academy (Kindergarten readiness program) operates on a full day, full year schedule for children ages 4-5 years old. Our Pre-k curriculum through HighReach Learning provides a unique balance of standards-based on classroom support materials. Family connection components are easy to understand, and our parents look forward to their end of the year ceremony which is celebrated with our families, friends and community supporters. We have three NC PreK classrooms, which are free to families that qualify for the program. The children work on touch screen computers as well as learning how to write their names, math skills, and pre reading skills so their ready for Kindergarten in the fall.
Our Summer Camp includes fun, educational activities for our school age children we call The campers go on field trips to the museum, art centers, and many more interesting places. The campers also participate in a summer reading program, , to keep their reading skills sharp during the long summer months.
How do we keep these little minds going working hard learning all day and throughout the year? We provide healthy onsite breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.This keeps the children energized throughout the day so that the fun and excitement never ends.
It is my privilege to work beside great teachers every day and have the opportunity to impact so many children and their families. We all take great pride in being so much more than any other preschool in the Raleigh area. Childcare Network provides the educational foundation for each child to be successful throughout life with quality curriculum and activities for every age group. We are affordable and work with every family to meet their needs.
