As the Lord gave me the vision to begin the ministry, He instructed me to his holy Word, St. Luke 4:18-19 He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised; to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
The vision of Christian Outreach church ministry is to teach and equip believers to know their rightful place and position in the earth. As Christian we are commission and appointed to Reach out to all mankind. God is not willing that any man should perish 2 Peter3: 9
