Pre K Description

We provide a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and educationally oriented program with a Montessori curriculum supplemented by other proven methods within a prepared environment which promotes each child's intellectual, communication, physical, social, and emotional development from twelve months through twelve years, all day, year round.
Our staff has the dedication, education, and experience to model the value of education, hard-work, orderliness, and self-discipline. Teachers with these traits are able to include the children in the daily routines of the classroom environment.
Every teacher without a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree is enrolled in school.
The director has a Master In Teaching degree and a Washington State Teaching Certificate.
One teacher has a Master in Arts in History and a Washington State Teaching Certificate.
Two teachers have two A.A. degrees; one in Liberal Arts and a second in Early Childhood Education.
One has completed and one is nearly finished with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development through Washington State University.
One teacher has an A.A. in Liberal Arts and is working toward a degree in mathematics at the University of Washington.
