Child Care Center Philosophy

We have a 1-2-3 way of guidance. Teachers have been guided in the 1-2-3 Magic is finding your child's inner talent and putting that to use during "rough" times while at the program. We do have a quiet corner for students to work on during their "time away" or during transition periods while at the program. Write ups are sent home for parents to view and a copy is placed in the child's folder. Suspension is only after every attempt to work with parent, child, and program.
