Prek Philosophy

We offer the best opportunity for quality individualized attention and communication since our ratio is one adult per only six children. Each child will know he/she is an important individual and you and your child will share together in their first school experience. As research shows your involvement in your childs early education will have a positive lasting impact on academic progress throughout school.

Our safe and friendly environment allows children to feel at ease encouraging them to be curious and creative. In a developmentally appropriate environment the student comfortably gains the necessary developmental skills to grow socially cognitively emotionally and physically. Children develop their cognitive and language skills large motor skills and are exposed to concepts like shapes counting the calendar and the weather. Our early literacy program gives them a foundation to become successful readers. They learn about their community through field trips guest presenters and participation in service projects. Little Indian Preschool's changing classroom themes help students receive a well-rounded preschool experience to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.

Your child will be given the opportunity to learn and play both as an individual and as a member of a group developing his/her verbal and non-verbal communication skills and making new friends.
