Pre K Philosophy

It is the purpose of the center to provide services needed to understand young children and to be in a position to serve those admitted through a thoughtfully planned environment, rich program and needed professional services. A strong element of nurturing care, administered with understanding and affection, without undue sentimentality and within a framework of realistic environmental controls, is intended. Conditions which are favorable to a child's need to discover is our foremost and continuing concern. We encourage the use, development, and enjoyment of each child's capabilities which give him the opportunities to develop in a wholesome environment and each day offer consistent and stabilizing influences.

A-Karrasel is a Childcare Center that focuses on the development of the whole child. We strive to create warm classrooms where the care and education for each child is of the utmost importance.

During the first five years of life, children need constant attention and stimulation to promote their growth. Here at A-Karrasel their days are filled with Music, Books, Art Projects, Sensory and Science Exploration, Math Lessons, Small and Large Motor Stimulation and Social Interaction. Our goal is to help each child during these early years by giving them the essentials they need to grow into a questioning knowledgeable, self-confident individual.
