Daycare Center Philosophy
Our curriculum is a developmentally appropriate program designed to give each child the opportunity to learn at his/her own level of development. To enhance the child's ability to work at his/her level, each of the classrooms are set up in age appropriate learning centers. Learning centers encourage the child "to come and see, come and do, come and learn." Whether a child selects one center or another, the end result will be the learning necessary for that particular child's growth.
Our curriculum goals focus on children's social, emotional, intellectual and physical development. These goals are not necessarily dealt with separately, but all are interrelated in the program. Field trips, resource persons and special activities are arranged during the year to enhance our curriculum goals.
