Core staff has 10 to 38 years Head Start/ Early Head Start experience.
Core staff has experience in all levels of Head Start/Early Head Start service with migrant/seasonal, regional and tribal programs.
CDI HS has provided interim management services to over 102 programs since September 2000.
CDI HS staff is recognized nationally as experts in providing Head Start and Early Head Start T/TA services in the areas of administration and management, program governance, staff development, organizational effectiveness, early childhood education (0-5), Child Development Associate (CDA), family and community partnerships, health and related materials and multi-media resource development.
CDI, the sister corporation has worked with Head Start and Early Head Start since 1970 continuously providing training and technical assistance (T/TA) through federal contracts, grants and cooperative agreements from the national and regional Head Start offices.
