Preschool Description
Head Start is a federally funded comprehensive preschool program designed to meet the emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs of 3-5 year olds and their families. Children who attend Head Start participate in a number of educational activities; they receive free medical and dental care, have healthy meals and snacks and enjoy playing indoors and outdoors in safe settings.
