Kelland's Kiddie College is a quality care facility that provides a developmentally based philosophy, meeting the needs of the individual child, while encouraging them to become enthusiastic learners. Our goal is to provide opportunities for meaningful play that is based on the child's individual needs, interests, and abilities that will build important foundations for social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Our program teaches the children 'how' to learn throughout their lives. Our philosophy allows the children to learn at their own pace and by using the ways best for them with a well-planned environment and developmental guidelines. The children are provided with opportunities for individual choice for problem solving, challenges and achievements. All creative activities include; coloring, pasting, painting, scissors craft, sewing, collage, dough and clay, along with music, story, and language encounters that work in both the indoor and outdoor atmosphere. We believe that a child needs to be shown good habits and attitudes along with a positive sense of self-worth and creativity in the achievement of intellectual potential which will make a difference throughout your child's life.
