We believe that each child brings to the early childhood center his/her own experiencees and strengths. Believing that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development of each child is interrelated, we have formulated the following goals-;* To provide a nuturing, relaxed and secure enviornment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged, free choice decisions offered, social sklls acquired and individuality respected.;* To encourage each child to develop a positive self-image and a positive attitude toward school.;* To provide opportunities to develop gross motor skills and coordination through physically active play.;* To assist the child in developing good expressive and receptive language skills, sensory perceptual skills, fine motor skills and the skills necessary for effective interpersonal relationships.;* To work in harmony with parents to provide supportive services if needed
