Daycare Description

Little Angels Daycare is a GA State licensed and privately owned childcare business. Owner Patonia Lumpkin also serves as Director of this fine establishment and has been in business in Athens/Clarke county area for 10 years. During those 10 years, Mrs. Lumpkin has worked vigorously to provide care for all children regardless of race, gender, or economic status. Patonia Lumpkin has acquired over 500 hours of Early Childhood Education classes and has recently earned her CDA - Child Development Associates.
Little Angels Daycares mission is to provide a high quality, nurturing and safe learning environment for young children that will help him/her grow into a wonderful, curious and happy person. We realize that PLAY is a childs natural means of discovery, communication and expression. Through this concept, we will empower the youth of today to become the exceptional leaders of tomorrow.
Our facility cares for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years old and we presently have a maximum capacity of 65 children. Children that experience our program will be exposed to a variety of music, science, reading, arts and crafts, indoor/outdoor and free play activities, all designed to stimulate his/her physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth in a loving and comfortable environment.
The Daycare Center provides year round childcare services from 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. During this time, children are provided nutritious meals and snacks, along with age appropriate structured weekly lesson plans and activities.
