We are committed to providing the highest quality learning experiences in a nurturing and safe environment. We truly believe and ensure that every child is learning every day.
Our school is family oriented. We work together staff and community to bring out the best in every child. We believe every student brings with them special gifts and talents. As a school community we collaboratively meet the needs of each student.
Lomas primary academic focuses are language arts and mathematics. History science physical education and the arts are all integrated into our balanced academic program. We focus on learning that is meaningful engaging and motivating.
Childrens parents and families have the most significant influence in their lives. Parent and community involvement is key in helping us do the best job possible for our students. There are many ways you can help our students and staff some of which include volunteering in classrooms preparing things for teachers participating in PTA events attending conferences Back-to-School Night and Open House. The gift of your time is priceless. Given the economic times and declining state funding we also welcome and appreciate donations of school supplies like crayons pencils copy paper glue sticks and much more.
