The district has an outside child care provider who runs a latchkey program at Lower Allen
Elementary School before and after the schools normal hours for both Lower Allen and Rossmoyne
students. Children enrolled in the program may be dropped off as early as 6:30 AM and will be
supervised until they are sent to their classrooms at 8:30 AM. At the end of the day the students can
be enrolled in the program until their parents pick them up by 6:00 PM.
