The Too Can Before/After School and Summer Camp programs of LCFS empower youth to develop academic social interpersonal communication physical vocational and leadership skills through age-appropriate activities offered in safe familiar neighborhood settings. The programs are operated in the Philadelphia public school system and all are licensed through the Department of Public Welfare.
LCFS provides a safe and caring adult-supervised environment that allows children to participate in arts and crafts homework assistance recreational activities drama classes and other activities that enhance positive growth and academic success.
