Lyn-CAG Head Start Program is in the business of shaping and preparing todays children to succeed in tomorrows world and all participating children will enter school ready to learn and continue to be successful learners. We will accomplish this mission one child and one family at a time. Services provided will be of the highest quality and will constantly be modified to meet the needs of the families we serve. The Lyn-CAG Head Start Program will become part of a comprehensive system of integrated community services for young children in our service area. We value families and children in all we do.

Special Needs

Disabilities and Mental Health - A child is screened upon enrollment to determine physical or developmental needs. Each concern is addressed through direct or resource services. A mental health professional is available to provide psychological services to the children and their families to address their emotional and developmental needs. Training is provided for parents to make them aware of the need for early intervention for children with special problems.
