Prek Description
First Avenue Elementary School, located in San Manuel in the beautiful and scenic San Pedro River Valley, currently educates 352 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through sixth grade. First Avenue School holds very high academic standards for students. We align our curriculum with the Arizona State Standards and use the Life Skills Program to teach students about skills such as responsibility, caring, integrity, effort, patience, and problem solving.
As a Title I Distinguished School, we employ some of the best faculty and staff in the state of Arizona. Our teachers have received recognition such as Pinal County Teacher of the Year, and the top five Ambassador for Arizona Teacher of the Year.
