As a part of the Meadowlands Area YMCA Learning Center, this program allows your child to develop socially and intellectually through hands-on activities including those teaching fine and large motor skills, reading readiness, mathematics and science, arts and crafts, dramatic play, free-choice learning centers, and music and movement. All children will have access to an indoor and outdoor play area and IBM computers in our NJ State Licensed Child Care facility. Your pre-schooler will undoubtedly be ready for Kindergarten after learning and exploring with the certified teachers and staff around him/her.
The Meadowlands Area YMCA, long noted for providing innovative childcare options, has a variety of programs for parents seeking childcare for their school age children. The School Age Child Care (SACC) is offered in a safe and exciting environment. All SACC programs are licensed childcare sites by the State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services.
