The Mount Vernon Family YMCA has welcomed 2010 with renewed excitement. Thanks to you our winter season was terrific and we are excited about the Spring! This is a time for new beginnings with a vision of a new year continuing to unfold. We are actively listening to you and your concerns. We want to build our Family Y with you and your family in mind. We want our members to be happy.
Please read through the Spring Brochure. Advance camp information is offered (we dont want you to wait til the last minute!) Dance fitness aqua jog P.A.C.T. (Parents and Children Together) and the new Gospel Choir are just some of our activities.

Im sure that youve noticed some of the changes weve made to programs their availability and quality. We are also making improvements to the building. Glass doors womens locker room floor additional kid friendly computers the new playground and additional gym equipment. It is the intent of Deputy Executive Director Henry Wilson and me to renew this facility and commit to the Mount Vernon community a facility that is both functional and attractive. To meet the needs of our Y we must continue to raise funds. We hope that to the extent that you are able you will participate in our fundraising activities.
