Preschool Description

Our mission is to enable children to become lifelong learners in a safe enviornment. We provide a top-quality, developmentally appropriate program for each child-ages six weeks through third grade- who enters My Village CDC. All children are eligible for MVCDC admission if they can arrange for tuition fees (set by DHS). More than 85% of children at My Village come from poverty or very low salaried families.
For more than 40 years, research has shown that early childhood programs enhance a child's developmentespecially for children at risk of not obtaining their potential life skills. At My Village, each child's levels of abilities physically, cognitively, socially, emotionally, kinesthetically are observed and recorded throughout the year with curricula prepared from those evaluations/assessments.
