Child Care Provider Description

Neighborhood Houses After School programs are filled with activities that encourage cultural awareness. Our art focus provides an opportunity for children to express themselves creatively throughout the year. In all of our locations, parents are encouraged to be involved and participate. Partnering with the St. Louis After School for All Partnership (A.S.A.P) and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has allowed us to expand our program into five elementary schools.
Neighborhood Houses provides a safe, caring place for children to develop the social and academic skills they need to succeed in school and life. Children in our After-School Programs participate in educational, cultural, health and personal development activities. No one is turned away from programs at Neighborhood Houses for their inability to pay. Fees are based on a sliding scale and scholarships are available.
