Our Lady of Grace Preschool is committed to provide a pleasant, safe environment in which the children can develop emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically. Therefore we are obliged to treat each child as an individual by discovering and meeting the needs of each child. Emotionally- Children are given the opportunity to be with peers, learn to value themselves as individuals as well as members of a peer group. Socially- Children are given the opportunity to share, to take turns, and to treat others with kindness. Intellectually- Children are given the opportunity to experiment with a variety of materials that will help them in their learning process. Language, science and mathematical skills are presented in an interesting and encouraging way. Physically- Children are given the opportunity to have fun, by participating in physical playtime in order to enhance their large and small muscle coordination.
