Preschool Description

Philip H. Michaels Child Care Center Inc. has been committed to offing excellent academic and social program since it was founded in 1955. PHMCCC provides multicultural education social recreational and a nutritional program to children between the ages 2.0 years old to 12 years old. Our mission is to educate the children using developmentally appropriate curriculum using innovative hands-on materials which builds around individual needs ideas and interests of the children.
Our Preschool and Kindergarten program is licensed by the Dept. of Health to serve children ages 2 to 6 years old. We also have Universal Pre-K program funded by the NYC Board of Education for 2 1/2 hours a day which can be extended to a full day based on eligibility. This Bronx day care is approved to administer only non-prescription topical ointments
