Clinch Valley Community Action Head Start serves167 low-income children and their families. CVCA serves children in 8 classrooms as well as 1 home based program. Services provided include the following:
- Cost-free child development for eligible 3 and 4 year old children and their families.
- Individualized services in education and child development, medical, dental, mental health, nutrition and parent involvement.
