River Valley Waldorf School is a proven learning environment where children are nurtured and inspired through creativity to achieve their potential supported by a vibrant community of parents faculty and staff.
Founded in 1994 River Valley serves students from pre-school through 8th grade and offers a weekly class for infants and toddlers together with a parent or other caregiver. RVWS is a candidate member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America and is accredited by the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools.
The beautiful River Valley campus encompasses more than seven grassy and forested acres for our students to explore. Situated a half-mile from the Delaware River in Upper Black Eddy Pennsylvania we are minutes away from the quaint river towns of Milford and Frenchtown in New Jersey and Riegelsville Erwinna and Point Pleasant in Pennsylvania. Many families attending our school live in the nearby smaller Bucks County communities of Plumstead Bedminster Durham Kintnersville Ottsville and Pipersville. Centrally located a half-hour from larger communities RVWS also serves families living in Doylestown Easton Bethlehem and Quakertown in Pennsylvania as well as Clinton Flemington and Lambertville in New Jersey.
