Pre K Description

The Education Support Services (ESS) Division works collaboratively with schools and districts to accelerate student achievement and provide a standards-based and enriched curriculum. ESS has a "turn on the dime" policy of providing quality service to No Child Left Behind sanctioned schools and districts-working with the whole school community as a system. at the same time, the division provides service to classrooms and schools to help all students achieve at the highest levels. In carrying out this work, the Education Support Services Division:
Provides support to schools and districts to substantially accelerate and sustain student achievement over the long-term.
Provides support to schools and districts in implementing systemic reform.
Provides support to schools, districts and communities in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating district/school programs and grants.
Provides support to new, experienced and aspiring administrators and teacher leaders.
Assists schools and districts in increasing the college-going rates and career-readiness for every student group, providing special focus and support for special education students, English learners and students in poverty.
Assists schools and districts in designing and implementing technology to improve student results.
Works collaboratively with schools, districts, and communities to establish high need services and effective, customized service delivery.
