Welcome to The Goddard School located in Buckeye, Arizona! Our school is in the heart of the Verrado community, nestled against the foothills of the beautiful White Tank Mountains, just 25 miles west of downtown Phoenix.
The Goddard School provides a fun, safe and loving atmosphere, where children ages six weeks to six years are encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace. We are open year-round with extended hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible part- and full-time schedules available. We also offer before- and after-school care, as well as a summer program for children up to eight years of age.
All Goddard School teachers are educated and experienced in early childhood development. This enables them to write daily lesson plans to suit the individual needs of every child in their class throughout each week. These lesson plans include Reading, Science, Math, Art, Fitness, Foreign Language, Music and Computers on a daily basis. Our state-of-the-art, custom designed building has been planned to provide a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment. Two separate playgrounds have been designed to challenge and delight your child at every age.
As a family-run venture, the school owners, Nicole & Matt Bigham and Beth & Vince Valentino, are also on-site every day as a resource for parents and to assist with day-to-day school operations. Originally from the Buckeye state of Ohio, both families are residents of Verrado and enjoy getting to know the students and seeing them around the community.
