Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment that values diversity and builds community by honoring and respecting all children and families.
Vision-UDCCs overall purpose is to provide a warm, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment that respects and values the individual temperament, needs, and culture of the children and families we serve. We create a foundation for children to help foster and grow a love of learning, our low teacher to child ratio helps achieve this goal, because we are responsive to each individual's interest and ability. We believe each child deserves a safe space to explore, discover and wonder; we provide opportunities where children can safely practice collaboration, problem solving, listening to others and resolving conflicts.We want to ensure children are able to be socially competent and learn to navigate successfully in the world.
