The classes are physical in nature because of the kicking drills forms training and daily exercises and routines. All of these are combined to improve coordination agility reflexes and more. Karate also enhances any existing exercise program or sport and is a great release from stress. For parents considering enrolling a child our report card policy ensures discipline in all aspects of the students lives not just karate. Each school age student is required to present a copy of their report card each grading session. The students grades must be acceptable in order for the student to progress in karate. This helps the students realize the importance of their education and how it reflects on everything they do. And of course there is the aspect of self-defense. In todays world it has become almost necessary to equip oneself with some form of protection. Practical application and continued practice in class help prepare the students for almost any confrontation.
