Wilson's Mills Baptist Child Care Center's ultimate purpose is to minister to children. The center has a responsibility to God, Wilson's Mills Baptist Church and the children attending the center to provide a Bible-based, safe, comfortable and nurturing environment. The center will strive to promote Christian values in all the children, staff and volunteers by:
- Incorporating the teaching of Biblical values in structured activities
- Having activities and lessons that promote discipleship training
- Having a quiet time each day when the children can reflect
- Having fellowship activities that promote cooperation and teamwork
- Having special opportunities for the children to participate in enrichment activities;
such as, sports, arts and crafts, and music.
- Helping the children plan and implement special mission projects that encourage
the children to help others.
