Child Care Center Description

This year Harlem YMCA has set a goal to raise $215K in contributions to the Strong Kids Campaign
and New Americans participants have joined in the effort to reach out to their friends and family for
donations. Our students rallied together to raise more than $250 in the first couple of days. This was
an especially inspiring effort considering how many of them must find a way to support themselves and
their families on much less each week. The Strong Kids Campaign contributions go towards ensuring
that anyone who wants to participate in YMCA programs can be given the opportunity regardless of
financial situation. It is also the primary source of funding for signature programs like the New Americans
Welcome Centers. Each year the generous contributions from affiliates members staff and participants
allow us to continue offering free classes and services to the hundreds of immigrants who
come through our doors. Ask us how you can help to make a difference too. This daycare location is qualified to administer non-prescription medical lotion only
