Welcome to our fantastic and parent friendly child development school. My name is Cynthia Jeffries, School Director at Childcare Network #241.
For the past 23 years I have been in the education field. I am a graduate from Norfolk State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. Through my years I have pursued the role of a Teacher in Broward county, Vance county, Durham Public schools and Atlanta public schools. I have also served as Lead Georgia Pre-k Teacher at Kids R Kids in Riverdale, GA as well as Sheltering Arms in College Park, GA. I then became the Assistant Director/Director at Bright Star Learning Center, and now a Director of the lovely Childcare Network of Conyers.
My professional and successful past experience has equipped me with the essential tools and skills to properly contribute to my position at Childcare Network. My duties and love for children will never end. As an educator, I see children as treasured resources of the school and the community - each child brings a unique quality. My duty as an educator is to encourage and promote the positive, self-fulfilling prophecy of success. I have a deep desire to love, nurture and inspire children from the moment they enter my domain. I am determined to build a strong foundation to allow students to achieve their best!
