The Early Childhood years are a period of significant growth and development in a childs life. At Flanders Valley Country Day School, we are dedicated to meeting the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical needs of young children at each stage of their development. We recognize that every child is unique, and strive to create a warm, caring environment that nurtures each childs self-esteem, confidence, imagination, and desire to learn. We believe that this is the foundation on which future growth and development takes place. To accomplish this, our school provides activities that focus on the development of each child.

We firmly believe that every child is special and unique. Our school strongly emphasizes individual attention. We have a warm, family atmosphere where each child is respected, loved, and nurtured. We encourage each child to respect people and to interact with other children and adults, developing his/her social skills.
