Pre School Philosophy

Carrington Academys Curriculum promotes a solid and balanced educational foundation that promotes strong educational and literacyrich environments. Our goal is to provide all students with a challenging and well balanced educational experience. Our Curriculum uses rich themes to make it easier to build repeated, related experiences for children. With thoughtful intentional planning, and playful activities, new vocabulary skills, social/emotional skills, and math skills, are promoted and are part of effective learning that will help to build and expand a childs learning and prepare them for their educational future. In addition to our signature curriculum, Carrington Academy implements nationally recognized curriculum components within our Preschool through Kindergarten programs. By combining our signature Carrington foundation curriculum with nationally recognized curriculum components, we are afforded the ability to offer effective teaching and instructional value to all lessons that meet local and national academic standards. Preparing children for the future is our commitment and providing a stimulating and safe environment where a child can develop a love for learning is our difference.
