Day Care Center Description

For more than 30 years ECLC has provided programs for low-income families as well as families with children deemed developmentally delayed. The agency serves children who are eligible for Head Start NYS Early Intervention Program or Committee for Preschool Special Education Services under the NYS Education Department.
We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children.
