Prek Description

Kidz Fit Child Care Center offers many wonderful programs and learning opportunities for children from ages 12 months and walking through 13 years. We are open year round and are only closed on major holidays. Our business hours are from 5:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Kidz Fit is an entirely new Child Care concept that incorporates fitness and fitness education into our curriculum to teach children about the lifelong benefits of having a healthy body and a healthy mind. Our classrooms provide a well balanced learning environment for all of our age groups and we use interactive gaming to engage the children in activities that make it fun to learn about fitness and about exercise in general.
All the children in our care are served breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack that meets or exceeds all USDA food guidelines for our food program. We have an onsite kitchen so we are able to accommodate easily for allergies, religious preferences, and special diets.
