Child Care Center Description

To provide childcare programs that maintain acceptable standards, are
accessible to families needing the service, are affordable to parents and
are available on a yearly basis.
To provide quality experiences in companionship, activities, supervision,
and guidance for the child in a safe and nurturing environment.
To provide opportunities for children to develop mentally, physically,
emotionally, socially and intellectually.
To aid in the development of positive attitudes and character traits.
To provide a planned program of developmentally appropriate activities.
To provide qualified, experienced, and caring staff.
To provide an ongoing staff training and development to enhance the
childcare programs.
KIM is an after school program for grades K-6, operated in cooperation with Carthage R-9 School Distrcit. KIM offers a wide variety of fun, educational activities which are guaranteed to keep your school-age child entertained and learning! KIM is a state-licensed child care program that maintains a 15-1 child-staff ratio. Children will choose from a variety of activities including games, crafts, help with homework and more! A snack is provided. KIM after school session ends at 6:00 p.m.
